FAL Q b61' <br />AIRPORT AGREEMENT <br />AGREE.:ENi OF LEA5E, made this day oi 1972, by and between <br />the CITY OF PARIS, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter called <br />"Lessor") and FRONTIER AIRLINES, INC., a corporation organized and <br />existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada, with <br />a permit and lawful authority to do business in the State of Texas <br />(hereir.after called "Lessee"). <br />WITNESSEiH: <br />WHEREAS, Lessor is now operating certain real property <br />located in the County of Lamar, State of Texas, known as Cox Field <br />(hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Airport"), the Lessor <br />represents that it has the right to lease said property specified <br />herein as the Airport, together with all the facilities, rights, <br />licenses and privileges herein granted, and has full power and <br />authority to enter into this lease in respect thereof, Lessor agrees <br />tnat on payment of the rentals and fees and performances of the <br />covenants and agreements on the part of the Lessee to be performed <br />hereunder, Lessee shall peaceably have and enjoy the leased premises <br />and all the rights and privileges of said Airport, its appurtenances <br />and facilities. <br />WHEREAS, Lessee is engaged in the business of transporting <br />persons, property and mail by air and Lessor desires to lease and <br />grant, and Lessee desires to hire and obtain, certain premises and <br />facilities on said Airport, together with certain rights, Iicenses <br />and privileges thereon: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto, for and in consideration <br />of the rents, fees, covenants and agreements contained herein, agree <br />as follows: <br />ALZmICLu .Z. - pRi.i:iSuJ <br />Lessor QOE,S '.^.2re:Dy deiiiise ai1d l.et 'i:::~0 aliCl <br />does hereby nire and take fro:m Lessor, the foliow'-r.c 4 ses <br />facilities, rights, iicenses and privileges on and ir. <br />with the property ar.d improvements of Lessor spec-ifiau as s:~yd• <br />Airport, as more particularly hereinafter set forth: <br />ExHIBIT A <br />
