S. Highways 82 and 271, formerly Loop 286, said <br />point being N 22° O1' E a distance of 507.8 feet <br />from the most Westerly Southwest corner of said <br />City of Paris tract; <br />THENC E S 22° Ol' W along said City of Paris- <br />Central Hide Common Boundary Line a distance of <br />43.8 feet, a point; <br />THENC E S 570 09' E a distance of 128.7 feet, <br />a point; <br />THENCE S 73° 51' E a distance of 104.4 feet, <br />a point; <br />THENCE S 57° 09' E a distance of 838.0 feet, <br />a point, said point being in the South Boundary <br />Line of said City tract, said point being in the <br />North Boundary Line of a tract owned by Harmon <br />Smith; <br />THENC E N 88° 51' E along said City of Paris- <br />Smith Common. Boundary Line a distance of 59.0 feet, <br />a point, said point being in said existing South <br />Right-of-Way Line of said U. S. Highways 82 and 271, <br />formerly Loop 286, said point being S 88° 51' W a <br />distance of 245.0 feet from survey line station <br />149 plus 90.0 of said U. S. Highways 82 an d 271, <br />formerly Loop 286; <br />THENCE N 57° 09' W along said existing <br />Right-of-Way Line a distance of 886.9 feet, a point; <br />THENC E N 68° 28' W continuing along said existing <br />Right-of-Way Line a distance of 102.0 feet, a point; <br />THENCE N 570 09' W still continuing along said <br />existing Right-of-Way Line a distance of 137.0 feet <br />to the place of beginning and containing 0.872 acres <br />of land, more or less, all of which is required for <br />r i ght -of -way . <br />NOW, THgZEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS, That the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Jaxnes W.
