RFSOLUTION NO. 1411 , <br />WHEREAS, it has been ca lled to the attention of tl-A-- City <br />Council of the City of Paris, that in the Plat of the Boyd & <br />McGlasson Addition, in Paris, Lamar County, Texas, as shown by <br />said Plat, recorded Book 1, Page 11, Plat Records, Lamar <br />County, Texas, that there is an alley, beginning at the South <br />Boundary Line of Woodlawn Avenue, at the North East Corner of <br />Lot 1-A, Felts Fort & Varner Addition to the City of Paris and <br />the North West Corner of Lot 2-A of the Felts Fort & Varner <br />Addition to the City of Paris, being 20 feet wide and extending <br />in a Southerly direction 332 feet, more or less, to the North <br />Boundary Line of Lot 1, City Block 113, lying adjacent to the <br />East Boundary Line of Lots 1-A and 7 of the Felts Fort & Varner <br />Addition to the City of Paris and Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Boyd & <br />McGlasson Addition to the City of Paris, an d being adjacent to <br />the West Boundary Line of Lots 2-A and 4 of the Felts Fort & <br />Varner Addition to the City of Paris and Lots 4, 5 and 6 of the <br />Boyd & McGlasson Addition to the City of Paris; and, <br />WHERFAS, it has been called to the attention of the City <br />Council thatthe alley described in said plat is not desired by <br />the property owners adjacent to said alley and that said alley <br />is of no use to the City of Paris, and, therefore, no necessity <br />exists therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TF.XAS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, B. M. Felty, <br />be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a quit claim deed to <br />10 feet of the 20 foot alley being closed to the adjacent owners <br />on either side of said alley, it appearing that the real and <br />true owners are as follows: <br />Felts Fort & Varner Addition Lot 1-A <br />Lot 2-A <br />Lot 4 <br />Lot 7 <br />Boyd & McGlasson Addition Lot 1 <br />Lot 2 <br />Lot 3 <br />Lot 4 <br />Lot 5 <br />Lot 6 <br />Hazel Withington <br />M. S. Shannon and <br />Blandeena Shannon <br />L. A. Howerton <br />Mae R. Smith <br />Maurice D. Thompson and <br />Ethelene R. Thompson <br />Harry L.
