RESULUTION NO. 1394 <br />W7-iEREAS, the terms of the members and alternates of the <br />Board of Adjustment, to construe and administer Ordinance No. <br />1710, have expired; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint and re-appoint cer- <br />tain members of said Board of Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TFXAS, That the following named men: Dr. B. M. Felty, <br />Hubert Westfall, Dr. C. E. Gilmore, Dr. James M. Brunette, <br />and Charlie Adkins, be, and they are hereby appointed as <br />regular members of the Board of Adjustment, and James Farris <br />and F. D. Mallory, III, be, and they are hereby appointed as <br />the two alternate members of the Board of Adjustment, to <br />serve in the absence of any of the regular members. That <br />all of the appointments are for a period of time of two (2) <br />years, beginning on the lst day of January, 1971. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of December, 1970. <br />~ <br />B.
