<br />That the Building Hazard Inspection Committee, composed of
<br />the Chief of the Fire Department, the Fire Marshal and the
<br />Director of Public Works, proceed to call a hearing, to notify
<br />the defendants, and, if any, occupants of the property, and to
<br />notify such owners, whose residences are not known, by publishing
<br />the same in the newspaper as required by law, and after such
<br />hearing to report their findings to the City Council in accord-
<br />ance with Ordinance No. 1470 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas.
