RESOLUTION NO. 1359
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris, a municipal corporation, en-
<br />tered into a hangar lease contract of a hangar space on Cox
<br />Field, with Ballard Huddleston, of Paris, Lamar County, Texas,
<br />on the 15th day of May, 1962; and,
<br />WHIIZEAS, there was leased to Ballard Huddleston, a hangar
<br />space, being Hangar Space in Block B, Lot 1, of the Plat of
<br />Cox Fie1d Airport, for a period of ten (10) years, with an
<br />option to renew said lease for a period of ten (10) years, and
<br />providing certain conditions and limitations upon said lease;
<br />and,
<br />WHEREAS, Ballard Huddleston has heretofore constructed a
<br />hangar on Block B, Lot 1, of the Plat of Cox Field Airport,
<br />and thereafter, on the 15th day of February, 1968, after first
<br />having had approval of the City of Paris, as evidenced by
<br />Resolution No. 1260, dated February 12, 1968, did transfer and
<br />assign all his interest to hangar space in Block B, Lot 1, to
<br />Calvin Gibson; and,
<br />WHEREAS, Calvin Gibson desires to transfer his right,
<br />title and interest under said transfer and assignment, together
<br />with whatever interest he may have in the hangar space on said
<br />Block B, Lot 1, to Elmer Had.away, of the City of Paris, Lamar
<br />County, Texas; NOVJ, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS, TEXAS, That the City Council does hereby ratify said
<br />transfer of said hangar, and the rights and pri vileges under
<br />the aforesaid lease, to Elmer Hadaway.
