<br />WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />deemed it advisable to establish a Building Commission to act in an
<br />advisory capacity to the Council, to consist of personnel bearing
<br />the following classifications and to be appointed for terms as set
<br />out in conjunction with said classifications:

<br />set out in connection with their names, as follows: Home Builder,
<br />Doyle Whitaker, beginning December 11 1969 and ending December 31,
<br />1971; Commercial Builder, Morris Misso, beginning Decemberl, 1969
<br />and ending December 31, 1973; Texas Power & Light Company
<br />Representative, Thomas Robinson, beginning December l, 1969 until
<br />successor appointed; Lone Star Gas Company Representative, W. H.
<br />(Hub) Wallace, beginning December 1, 1969 until successor appointed;
