RESOLUTION NO. ~1332 WHEREAS, Dr. Jim A. Miles and E. W. (Bill) Booth have re- signed as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, and due to the untimely death of H. B. Harrison, a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, there exists three vacancies on the Planning and Zoning Commissio.n of the City of Paris, and it is necessary to appoint their successors, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, R. A. Kennedy, having appointed Raymond T. Fuller to serve the unex- pired term of Dr. Jim A. Miles, which terminates December 31, 1969, Charlie Adkins to serve the unexpired term of E. W. (Bill) Booth, which terminates December 31, 1971, and Herschel R. McKinney to serve the unexpired term of H. B. Harrison, which terminates August 31, 1970, and has submitted the names of such persons to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THER E- FOR E, BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, That the appointment,as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, of Raymond T. Fuller to serve the unexpired term of Dr. Jim A. Miles, which terminates December 31, 1969, Charlie Adkins to serve the un- expired term of E. W. (Bill) Booth, which terminates December 31, 1971, and Herschel R. McKinney to serve the un- expired term of H. B. Harrison, which terminates August 31, 1970, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed. Passed and adopted this lst day of October, 1969. i , R. A.
