RESOLUTION NO. 1327 <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jimmy Johnson and Bethel <br />F. Holmes, as members of the Traffic Commission of the City of <br />Paris, will expire September 1, 1969; and, <br />WHERFAS, it is necessary to appoint two persons to fill <br />the vacancies which will be created by the expiration of their <br />terms; and, <br />WHER EAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, R. A. Kennedy, <br />has re-appointed to the Traffic Commissiori, Jimmy Johnson and <br />Bethel F. Holmes, for a term of three (3) years, beginning <br />September 1, 1969 and ending June 30, 1972, and has submitted <br />their names to the City Council of the City of Paris to be <br />approved and confirmed; NOW, TH EREFORE, <br />BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Jimmy Johnson and <br />Bethel F. Holmes, to serve as members of the Traffic <br />Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, <br />beginning September 1, 1969 and ending June 30, 1972, be, and <br />the same is hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council <br />of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of August, 1969. <br />R.
