RESOLUTION NO. 1319 . <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. C. E. Gilmore, Dr. Joe <br />Hillhouse and Dr. William Hayden, on the Advisory Board of Health <br />of the City of Paris and County of La.mar, will expire on July 30, <br />1969; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace or to re-appoint three <br />persons to fill the vacancies which will be created by the expira- <br />tion of their terms, and the Acting City Manager, H. C. Greene, <br />has re-appointed Dr. C. E. Gilmore, Dr. Joe Hillhouse and Dr. <br />William Hayden, to serve on said Advisory Board of Health for a <br />term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1969 and expiring <br />June 30, 1972; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That such appointments be, and the same are hereby <br />approved, according to the ordinances of the City of Paris and <br />the laws of the State of Texas. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of July, 1969. <br />,r <br />R.
