1315 RES LAMAR COUNTY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT IS DESIROUS OF GAINING EASEMENTS FROM COP

R FS OLUT I ON NO. 1315_. WHEREAS, the Lamar County Water Supply District is desirous of gaining easements from the City of Paris across property owned by the City of Paris in the following surveys: Lovejoy, Edwin Summers, John C. Askins, W. C. Martin, W. M. Hobbs, R. S. Wallace and Henry Buckler, said easements to be perpetual, with the right to erect, construct, install and lay and thereafter use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, replace and remove a water transmission line or water distribution line over and across said property, to- gether with the right of ingress and egress; said easements not to exceed twenty (20) feet in width, the City of Paris having the right and privilege to designate the course of the easements; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is desirous of cooperating with the Lamar County Water Supply District and thinks it would be to the best interest of the City of Paris to grant such easements; NOW, THEREFOR E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, R. A. Kennedy, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute perpetual easements with the right to erect, construct, install and lay and thereafter use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, replace and remove a wuter transmission or water distribution line over and across property owned by the City of Paris in the Lovejoy, Edwin Summers, John C. Askins, W. C. Martin, W. M. Hobbs, R. S. Wallace and Henry Buckler Surveys, together with the right of ingress and egress. Said easements hereby granted shall not exceed twenty (20) feet in width, and the City of Paris shall have the right and privilege to designate the course of said easements.
