R FS OLUT I ON NO. 1315_. <br />WHEREAS, the Lamar County Water Supply District is desirous <br />of gaining easements from the City of Paris across property owned <br />by the City of Paris in the following surveys: Lovejoy, Edwin <br />Summers, John C. Askins, W. C. Martin, W. M. Hobbs, R. S. Wallace <br />and Henry Buckler, said easements to be perpetual, with the right <br />to erect, construct, install and lay and thereafter use, operate, <br />inspect, repair, maintain, replace and remove a water transmission <br />line or water distribution line over and across said property, to- <br />gether with the right of ingress and egress; said easements not to <br />exceed twenty (20) feet in width, the City of Paris having the <br />right and privilege to designate the course of the easements; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is desirous <br />of cooperating with the Lamar County Water Supply District and <br />thinks it would be to the best interest of the City of Paris to <br />grant such easements; NOW, THEREFOR E, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the Mayor of the City of Paris, R. A. Kennedy, be, and he <br />is hereby authorized to execute perpetual easements with the <br />right to erect, construct, install and lay and thereafter use, <br />operate, inspect, repair, maintain, replace and remove a wuter <br />transmission or water distribution line over and across property <br />owned by the City of Paris in the Lovejoy, Edwin Summers, John <br />C. Askins, W. C. Martin, W. M. Hobbs, R. S. Wallace and Henry <br />Buckler Surveys, together with the right of ingress and egress. <br />Said easements hereby granted shall not exceed twenty (20) feet <br />in width, and the City of Paris shall have the right and privilege <br />to designate the course of said easements. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of July, 1969. <br />Y/ <br />A <br />K. .~f7 ' . ~ ~ <br />R .
