RESOLUTION NO. 1309 <br />WHEREAS, T. T. Maness, Jr., of the City of Paris, has <br />requested permission to lease Hangar Space 10, Block B, at <br />Cox Field, said lease to expire on the 18th day of November, <br />1978; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has <br />examined the lease proposed between the City of Paris and <br />T. T. Maness, Jr. and found that the same is in conformity <br />with the lease policy for hangars on the Cox Field Airport; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, R. A. <br />Kennedy, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute the lease <br />agreement in the form approved, with T. T.
