RESOLUTION NO. 1305 <br />WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Paris provides that <br />the City of Paris shall select a certified public accountant <br />to make an annual audit of the books of the City of Paris for <br />the year ending June 30, 1969, at a time not sooner than sixty <br />days prior to June 30th each year nor less than thirty days; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, no appointment has been made for such certified <br />public accountant; and, <br />WHEREAS, McClanahan & Holmes, certified public accountants <br />in the City of Paris, have made application therefor; NOW, <br />TH ER EFOR E, <br />BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That McClanahan & Holmes, certified public <br />accountants, are hereby appointed and auth orized to make the <br />annual audit of the City of Paris for the year ending June 30, <br />1969, as provided by the Charter of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of May, 1969. <br />~ <br /> <br />r <br />~ <br />R.
