RESOLUTION N0. 1302 , <br />WHEREAS, Carl M. McWherter, Jr. has moved from the City <br />of Paris and has created a vacancy on the Board of <br />Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, <br />and it is necessary to appoint his successor; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by <br />the Mayor, R. A. Kennedy, that Dr. James R. Moore, be <br />appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the <br />Housing Authority of the City of Paris, to fill the unexpired <br />term of Carl M. McWherter, Jr., which term expires October 7, <br />1969; NOW, TxEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXA.S, 'I`hat Dr. James R. Moore, be, and he is hereby <br />appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the <br />Housing Authority of the City of Paris, to fill the unexpired <br />term of Carl M. McWherter, Jr., which term expires October 7, <br />1969; this appointment to become effective immediately. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of April, 1969. <br />, <br />R. A.
