1283 RES COP AND M D MISSO ENTERED INTO HANGAR LEASE AGREEMENT

RESOLUTION NO. 1283 WHEREAS, The City of Paris, Texas, and M. D. Misso, of the City of Paris, Texas, have heretofore entered into a hangar lease agreement at Cox Field on the 9th day of September, 1958, whereby the City of Paris leased a hangar space on Cox Field for a period of ten (10) years from the date thereof; and WHEREAS, the City of Paris, Texas, and M. D. Misso of Paris, Texas, have heretofore entered into a supplemental agreement of lease on March 17, 1961 whereby the said M. D. Misso was given the option to renew said lease at the expiration of same on the 9th day of September, 1968 for an additional period of ten (10) years; and wHEREAS, the said M. D. Misso has notified the City of Paris that he is exercising his option to renew and extend said lease for an additional period of ten (10) years; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. Moore, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a supplemental agreement of lease renewing and extending said hangar lease agreement for an addi- tional period of ten (10) years to September 9, 1978, otherwise all terms and conditions of the said lease entered into on September 9, 1958 remaining in full force and effect.
