RESOLUTION NO. 1279 <br />WHEREAS, Bok Kimball of Paris, Texas, had served <br />the City of Paris as a member of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Paris for two years; and, <br />WHEREAS, he served the City of Paris as a member <br />of its Equalization Board for two years; and, <br />W'HEREAS, he has served the City of Paris as a <br />member, director, and chairman of the Firemen's and <br />Folicemen's Civil Service Commission for seven years; and, <br />WHEREAS, his service in each capacity has been, <br />without question, unselfish, loyal, and respected by every <br />member of either of said bodies; and, <br />WHEREAS, his counsel and advice to the City Council <br />and to the members of the respective Boards and Commissions <br />has always been sound, reasoned, practical, and useful; and, <br />Tn1HEREAS, he departed this life on this the 12th day <br />of August, 1968; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, That this resolution be spread upon <br />the minutes of the City Council of the City of Paris in <br />commemoration of the fine service rendered to the City of <br />Paris by Bolc Kimball through his membership on the P'lanning <br />and Zoning Commission, Board of Equalization, and Firemen's <br />and Policemen's Civil Service Commission, and it is further <br />resolved that a copy of this resolution be furnished to his <br />family. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of August, 1968, <br />James R.
