RESOLUTION NO, 1270 WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 873, passed by the City Council of the <br />City of Faris, on October 29, 1929, provided for the appointment of <br />a Band Commission by the Mayor of the City of Paris, to be con- <br />firmed by the City Council of the City of Paris; said Band <br />Commission to be composed of three (3) members; and, <br />GVHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of said <br />Band Commission will expire on June 30, 1968; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. Moore, has <br />re»appointed Ray Wunsch, Mrs. Frank Fuller, and Mrs. Herbert Turner, <br />to serve as members of said Band Commission for a term of one (1) <br />year, beginning July l, 1968, and ending June 30, 1969; NQTnT, THERE- <br />FORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That <br />the re-appointment of Ray GVunsch, Mrs. Frank Fuller, and Mrs. <br />Herbert Turner, made by the Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. <br />Moore, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed by the <br />City Council of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this lOth day of June, 1968. <br />wr,.~..v fZ_ Z2L~--•-~-~ , ~~=5, . <br />J es R.
