✓ RESOLUTION NO. 1229 . WHEREAS, the City of Paris did, on the 22nd day of December, A. D., 1960, purchase from the Sheriff of Lamar County, Texas, Earl D. Brown, the hereinafter described real estate, at a tax sale; and that said property was on said date conveyed to the City of Paris for itself and for the use and benefit of the State of Texas, County of Lamar, the Paris Independent School District and the Paris Junior College District; and, WHEREAS, the same should be sold and the properties placed back on the respective tax rolls, and that said properties are de.» scribed as follows: TRACT 1: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, and being Lots 4, 5, and 6 in Block 1 of the Campbell Addition, being a lot 50 x 150 feet each and located on 12th Stre2t, S.E. TRACT 2: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, and being a part of City Block 70, and located on the East side of llth Street, N. E. (formerly Lee Street); BEGINNING at a stake on the E. B. Line of llth Street N. E., at the N. W. Corner of a lot belonging to Edgar Stone; THENCE North with the E. B. Line of 11th Street, N. E. 60 ft. ; THENCE to the S. W. Corner of a lot belonging to Sedelia Flowers; THENCE Ea.st 206 feet to the E.
