RF?.SULUTION NO. 1220 WHEREAS, certain budget items have been over expended in the
<br />1966-67 budget adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
<br />which budget items are as follows:
<br />l. Police Account No. 301-A-4, in the amount of $2,000,00
<br />2. Fire Department Fund Account No. 302-Z.-3, in the amount
<br />of $1,000.00
<br />3p Parks Fund Account No. 403-Y-15, in the amount of $1,000.00
<br />4. (a) Street Department Fund Account No. 406--D-7, in the
<br />amount of $5,000.00
<br />(b) Street Department Fund Account No. 406-X-1, in the
<br />amount of $7,000.00
<br />5o Traffic and Public Lighting Fund Account No. 408--Z-7, in
<br />the amount of $1,000o00
<br />making a total excess of $17,000.00; and,
<br />VIHEREAS, the Contingent Fund balance of the City of Paris as of
<br />April 10, 1967, is in the amount of $17,000.00; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
<br />the City Clerk, H.C. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and
<br />directed to transfer from the Contingent Fund, as shown in said
<br />budget, the sum of $17,000o00, and to be credited to the following
<br />funds:
<br />1. Police Account No. 301-A-4, the amount of $2,000.00
<br />2. Fire Department Fund Account No. 302-Z-3, the amount
<br />of $1,000.00
<br />3. Parks Fund Account No. 403-Y-15, the amountof $1,000,00
<br />4. (a) Street Department Fund Account No. 406-D-7, the
<br />amount of $5,000,00
<br />(b) Street Department Fund Account No. 406-X..1, the
<br />amount of $7,000.00
<br />5. Traffic and Public Lighting Fund Account No. 408-Z-7,
<br />the amount of $1,000,000
