Section 3. The Presiding Judge of the respective voting boxes shall designate <br />and appoint such additional, competent and qualified clerks for such respective <br />polling places and voting boxes as may be required, if any, for the efficient con- <br />duct of said election. <br />Section 4. Such election shall be held in accordance with the laws of the <br />State of Texas governing general and municipal elections, insofar as the same <br />may be applicable, and with the }rovisions of the City Charter and Ordinances <br />of the City of Paris. <br />Section 5. The Chief of Police of the City of Paris is hereby directed and <br />instructed to post a properly executed Notice of Election pursuant to this order <br />for election9 signed by the Mayor of the City of Paris, at each of the polling <br />places designated above, which said notices of election shall by him be posted <br />not less than thirty (30) days prior to said election; further, a properly executed <br />copy of such Notice of Election shall be published one time in the Paris News, <br />the official newspaper of the City of Paris and a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion in said City, which notice shall be published not less than twenty (20) days <br />before said election. <br />Section 6.
