East a distance of 143 feet to a stake for corner; Thence South 45° 42 Min. East a distance of 325 feet to a stake for corner in the South Boundary Line of said Tract No. 2, said point being South 890 57 Mzn. East a distance of 371 feet from the Southwest corner of said Tract No. 1. The parties owning an interest in and to the above described property are as follows: Earl Leonard and wife, Hattie Lee Leonard, R. F. D. #l, Paris, Lamar County, Texas. That you are authorized to offer to Earl Leonard and wife, Hattie Lee Leonard, the owners of said premises, the sum of $200.00 for the above de- scribed easement. Section 8. Tnat upon acceptance of the offer, the City D'zrector of Finance is authorized and directed to pay the amount set forth herein, wliich shall be paid out of the Water and Sewer Fund. Section 9. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its passage9 as in the Charter in such cases is made and provided.
