East a distance of 143 feet to a stake <br />for corner; <br />Thence South 45° 42 Min. East a distance of 325 feet to a stake <br />for corner in the South Boundary Line of said Tract No. 2, said point <br />being South 890 57 Mzn. East a distance of 371 feet from the Southwest <br />corner of said Tract No. 1. <br />The parties owning an interest in and to the above described property <br />are as follows: <br />Earl Leonard and wife, Hattie Lee Leonard, R. D. #l, Paris, <br />Lamar County, Texas. <br />That you are authorized to offer to Earl Leonard and wife, Hattie Lee <br />Leonard, the owners of said premises, the sum of $200.00 for the above de- <br />scribed easement. <br />Section 8. Tnat upon acceptance of the offer, the City D'zrector of Finance <br />is authorized and directed to pay the amount set forth herein, wliich shall be paid <br />out of the Water and Sewer Fund. <br />Section 9.
