Section 7. That the persons claiming an interest in said property, the amount to be offered, and the description of said property, are as follows: BEING strips of land twenty (20)feet in width located in the T. M., Downey Survey, Lamar County, Texas, and being over, under and across the tract of land conveyed to Roy C. Chadwick by a deed now of record in Volume 430, Page 378 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; said twenty (20) foot easement being 15 feet left of and 5 feet right of the following described lines: TRACT NO. 1 BEGINNINf;~ at a point in the southern boundary of said tract of land, said point being located in a westerly direction a dis- tance of 73.5 feet, more or less, from the southeast corner of said tract of land; THEiVCE iV 29' 551' E a distance of 139 feet, more or less, to a point in the eastern boundary line of said tract of land, said point being located in a northerly direction a distance of 119.5 feet, more or less, from the southeast corner d said tract of land. TRACT NO. 2 BEGINVING at a point in the eastern boundary line of said tract of land9 said point being located in a southerly direction a distance of 30 feet, more or less, from the northeast corner of said tract of land. THENC'E N 0° 18"t E a distance of 28 feet, more or less, to a point in the northerly boundary line of said tract of land, said point being located in a westerly direction a distance of 10 feet, more or less, from the northeast corner of said tract of land. Containing .0767 acres of land. Also a construction easement for the purpose of laying a thirty inch (3011) water line, which shall be thirty-five feet (350) wide from the left side of the above 20 foot easemAnt andforty-five (452') feet wide from the right side of the above 20 foot easement, consisting of .3067 acres of land. The parties owning an interest in and to the abovedescribed property are as follows: 1. Roy C. Chadwick and w?_fe, Sandra C:~adwick, of Lamar County, Texas. That you are authorized to offer to Roy C. Chadwick and wife, Sandra Chadwick, the owners of said premises, the sum of $11. 51, wnich is .0767 acres at $50.00 per acre for the permanent easement and .3067 acres at $25.00 per acre for the working easemr:nt. 5ection 8. That upon acceptance of the offer, the City Di.rector of Fznance is authorized and directed to pay the amounts set forth herein, which shall be paid out of the Waterworks Construction Fund. Section 9. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its passage, as in the Charter in such cases is made and provided.
