Wair, of Paris, Texas, has served the <br />City of Paris for many years on its Board of Equalization; and, <br />WHEREAS, he has given unsparingly of his time and efforts <br />in order to equalize the taxes of the citizens of the City of Paris for <br />many years, and has done a splendid job in such capacity; and, <br />W HEREAS, the Cz.ty Council of the City of Paris is well <br />aware of the value of his services to the City of Paris and has been <br />informed that he is not physically able to continue in such capacity <br />on the Board of Equalization; NO`N,; THEREFt7REs <br />BE i'T RESOLVE.D BY THE CITY CCJUIVCIL OF THE CZTY OF <br />PARIS, TEX.AS9 That it express to Don W.
