RESOLUTION NO. 1155 . WHEREAS, the City of Paris, Texas is desirous of placing an eight inch (811) transite water line under the Texas and Pacific Railway track, where the same intersects the West Boundary Line of Farm to Ma.rket Road No. 137, in the City of Paris, Texas; and, WHExr2.EAS, The Texas and Pacific Railway Company, under their file No. 99-176-158, styled License covering p.roposed 8" water line, at Mile Post A-92.55, has submitted a proposed lease agreement on their form Na. 20021 and a map showing the location thereof, attached thereto and marked EYhibit A; a nd, WHEREAS, the charge for the preparation and execution of said license is $50, 00; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the Gity of Paris is desirous of entering into said pipe line license; NOWr THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVEO BY THE CITY COUNCIL C}F THE i.ITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, V. E. Stewart, be, and he is hereby au- thorized and directed to enter into said license as submitted by The Texas and Pacific Railway Company, and the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, is directed to forward to The Texas and Pacific Railway Company a check on the City of Paris to pay the expense of such license. Passed and adopted this 29th day of Seoe ' er, A.
