RESOLUTION NO. 1139 <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 873,passed by the City Council of <br />the City of Paris, on October 29a 1929, provided for the <br />appointment of a Band Commission by the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, to be confirmed by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris, said Band Commission to be composed of three (3) mem- <br />bers; and, <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of <br />said Band Commission will expire on June 30, 1965; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, V. E. Stewart, <br />has re-appointed Ray Wunsch, Mrs. Frank Fullera and Mrs. <br />Herbert Turner, to serve as members of said Band Commission <br />for a term o.f one (l) yeara beginning July la 1965, and end- <br />ing June 30, 1966; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Ray Wunsch, Mrs. Frank <br />Fullera and Mrs. Herbert Turnera made by the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris, V. E.
