RESOLUTION NO. 1136 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, has <br />recently adopted a comprehensive amendment to the zoning ordi- <br />nances of the City of Paris, being Ordinance No. 1710, and has <br />also adopted a land use map to accompany said zoning ordinance; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, several areas have been found on the land use map <br />and certain properties, which have heretofore been zoned for spe- <br />cific uses, were changed without such being intended. <br />That the properties are as follows: <br />1. On the North Side of Highway 271 or Clarksville Street; <br />Beginning at the intersection of the East Boundary Line of <br />Old Lover's Lane an3 the North Boundary Line of Clarksville Street; <br />Thence East 204 feet, a stake; <br />Thence North 200 feet; <br />Thence West 204 feet to the E.B. Line of Old Lover's Lane; <br />Thence South with Old Lover's Lane 200 feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br />Being the property now occupied an d used by the Green Briar <br />Apartments. <br />That said property was in error zoned as SF-2 under the re- <br />cently adopted land use map, whereas it should have been zoned <br />Multiple Family Dwelling No. 1. <br />The above property is hereby referred to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for a hearing for the purpose of determing what <br />their recommendations regarding the zoning should be. <br />2. The properties recently zoned for Clyde Fry & Associates; <br />Beginning at the East Line of the Commercial zoning, imme- <br />diately North of Highway Loop 286, extending to the North Line of <br />the Old Hull Pear Orchard, containing all that area East of the pre- <br />sent Commercial Zone Line and extending to the West Boundary Line <br />of a tract of land recently conveyed to the L. P. McCuistion <br />Memorial Hospital. <br />That the above property was incorrectly zoned in the recent <br />land use map as SF-2 classification. The property should have <br />been re-zoned a Commercial classiFication. <br />The above property is hereby referred to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to determine their recommendations after a hear- <br />ing on the re-zoning of said property. <br />3. Al1 of that area located North of the present commercial <br />zoning North of Bonham Street and located between the W.B. Line of <br />6th Street, N.W. and the E.B. Line of 7th Street, N.W., and extend- <br />ing to Graham Street. <br />That the above property was in the recently adopted land use <br />map zoned as a Two Family Dwelling classification, when in fact the <br />property was actually being used by retail stores and multiple <br />apartment units. <br />
