1124 RES BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PARIS PUBLIC LIBRARY MADE RECOMMENDATION FOR DIRECTOR

RESOLUTION NO. 1124 , WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Paris Public Library, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1439, has made the following recommenda- tion for a director for the year beginning March 8, 1965 and con- tinuing until March 8, 1966, or until his successor is appointed; and, WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 1439, it is necessary that such recommendation be confirmed by the City Council, which recommenda- tion is as follows: That Maury Robinson, of Paris, Texas, be appointed for a term of one year, beginning March 8, 1965, or until his successor is appointed. That he shall replace Miss Mary Fenet, who has re- signed from said position; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the-appointment of Maury Robinson, of Paris, Texas, be, and it is hereby confirmed.
