RESOLUTION NO. 1115 , WHEREAS, the City of Paris, Texas, is the owner of an ease- ment and roadway leading from the North Boundary Line of Center Street to the ground level storage tanks and pumps of the City of Paris, along the St. Louis and San Francisco Railway Company; and, WHEREAS, Edzards, Inc. has purchased property to the East of said right of way, and may in the future need access by way of a spur across the right of way belonging to the City of Paris, in order to reach properties purchased by Edzards, Inc.; and, WHEREAS, the City of Paris is of the opinion that the same will be to the advantage of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris is hereby authorized to enter into a grant of right of way to Edzards, Inc. to con- struct through the St. Louis and San Francisco Railway Company a spur leading from the St. Louis and San Francisco Railway track across the right of way owned by the City of Paris and to serve the property purchased by Edzards, Inc. to the East of said right of way.
