RESOLUTION NO. 1090
<br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 873, passed by the City Council of the City
<br />of Paris, on October 29, 1929, provided for the appointment of a Band
<br />Commission by the Mayor of the City of Paris, to be confirmed by the City
<br />Council of the City of Paris, said Band Commission to be composed of three
<br />(3) members; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of said Band
<br />Commission will expire on June 30, 1964; and,
<br />i11THEREA5, the Mayor of the City of Paris, V. E. Stewart, has re-
<br />appointed Ray Wunsch, Mrs, Frank Fuller, and Mrs. Herbert Turner, to
<br />serve as members of said Band Commission for a term of one (1) year,
<br />beginning July 1, 1964, and ending June 30, 1965; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Ray Wunsch, Mrs. Frank Fuller, and
<br />Mrs, Herbert Turner, made by the Mayor of the City of Paris, V. E.
<br />Stewart, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed by the City
<br />Council of the City of Paris.
