Stewart, 108 votes; <br />Write-in Candidates, <br />votes. <br />For <br />Camcilman From Ward Two: <br />E. L.(Andy) Anderson, lpg votes; <br />Write-in Candidates, <br />votes. <br />For <br />Councilman From Ward Three; <br />W. D. King, 108 votes; <br />Write-in Candidates, <br />votes. <br />For <br />Councilman From Ward Four: <br />James F. Mussetter, 24 <br />votes; <br />James M. Brunette, 108 <br />votes; <br />Write-in Candidates, <br />votes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, from the above and foregoing canvass of the returns of <br />the votes in the four (4) respective voting boxes in such election, it is declared <br />and determined that V. E. Stewart is the person receiving the highest number of <br />votes of the votes cast at such election and a majority of the wtes cast at such <br />election for Councilman From Ward One (1), and was therefore elected to serve <br />as Councilman From Ward One (1) and as a member of the City Council of the <br />City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; that E. L. (Andy) Anderson is the <br />person receiving the highest number of votes and the majority of the votes cast <br />at such election for Councilman From Ward Two (2), and was therefore elected <br />to serve as Councilman From Ward Two (2) and as a member of the City Council <br />of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; that W. D. King is the person <br />receiving the highest number of votes and the majority of the votes cast at such <br />election for Councilman From Ward Three (3), and was therefore elected to serve <br />as Councilman From Ward Three (3) and as a member of the City Council of the <br />City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; and that James M. Brunette is the <br />person receiving the highest number of votes and the majority of the votes cast <br />at such election for Councilman From Ward Four (4), and was therefore elected <br />to serve as Councilman From Ward Four 4) and as a member of the City Council <br />of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years, <br />Passed and adopted by the unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of <br />Paris, in special session convened, pursuant to the directions of the City Charter <br />of the City of Paris, on this the 15th day of April, A.
