RESOLUTION NO. 1078 0 <br />A RFSOLUTION ORDERING AN ELECTION TO BE HELD ON THE FIRST <br />TUESDAY IN APRIL, 1964, 5AME BIING THE 7TH DAY OF APRIL, 1964, <br />BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 OICLOCK A. M. AND 7:00 O;CLOCK P. M..~ <br />BY THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF PARI5, FOR TI-E PURPOSE <br />OF ELECTING THE FOLLOWING COUNCILMEN TO SERVE AS MEMBERS OF <br />THE CITY COUNGIL FOR THE ENSUING TWO YEARS, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That an election be held by the qualified voters of the City of <br />Paris on the first Tuesday in April, 1964, same being the 7th day of April, <br />1964, between the hour s of 8:00 o tclock A. M. and 7:00 o tclock P. M., for the <br />purpose of electing four (4) members of the City Council of the City of Paris, <br />as follows: <br />One <br />Councilman From Ward <br />One (l) <br />One <br />Councilman From ihrd <br />Two (2) <br />One <br />Councilman From Ward <br />Three (3) <br />One <br />Gouncilman From Ward <br />Four (4) <br />as provided in Section 16 of Article III of the Charter of the City of Paris, <br />adopted on November 2, 1948, and in accordance with Article IX of the Charter; <br />of the City of Par~s, adopted November 2, 1948, such Councilman to serve for <br />the ensuing two years. <br />Section 2. That the polling places and election officials of such election <br />shall be as follows: <br />W ard One (1): <br />Polling Place: Central Fire Station <br />Officials: W. J. Johnson , Presiding Judge <br />Mrs, L. B. Killebrew , Judge <br />Mrs, R. H. Lower , Clerk <br />Mrs, K. S.
