RESQLUTION NO. 1071 . <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris has for several years maintained a <br />W ater Building Fund; and, <br />WHEREAS, the money contained in the Water Building Fund, in fact, <br />should belong to the Water Bond Fund, and said Water Building Fund now <br />has on hand the sum of $6, 717. 37; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the same should <br />be transferred to the Water Bond Fund, and the Water Building Fund <br />closed; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESQLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISs <br />That H. C. Greene, City Clerk, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to transfer from the Water Building Fund all of the money on hand, namely, <br />$6, 717. 37, to the Water Bond Fund, and to close the bank account of the <br />W ater Building Fund. <br />Passed and adopted this 2nd day of December, A.
