RESOLUTIQN NO. 1069 WHEREAS, the City of Paris has recently paved and curb and guttered, 32nd 5treet, N. W., from Bonham Street to Graham Street; Graham Street, in front of the W est Paris Junior High 5chool; and 33rd Street, S. E. , from Audubon Road to Clarksville Street; and, WHEREAS, there are other petitions for paving and curb and gutter now pending before the City Council; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to have available in the Street Assessment Fund, additional money with which to pay the property owners I share of the curb and gutter and street paving until such time as the same can be collected from the respective property owners; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That H. C. Greene, Director of Finance of the City of Paris, be authorized and directed, and he is hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Current Fund, the sum of $20, 000, 00, and to transfer the same into the Street Assessment Fund, in order to make such monies available for paying the property owners' share of curb and gutter and paving.
