RFSOLUTION N0. 1067 . <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council that <br />three (3) houses located at 613, 619 and 623-10th Street, S. E. , in the Gity <br />of Paris, are in a1 unsafe and dilapidated condition, and constitute a fire <br />hazard and hazard to the life and welfare of the inhabitants of the area, <br />and has requested the Gity Council to order the Building Hazard Inspection <br />Committee to hold a hearing to determine the condition of the structures <br />complained of, and attached thereto a petition signed by the neighbors of the <br />neighborhood, report of the Health Department, and report andpicture ex- <br />hibits from the Fire Marshal, for the benefit of the City Council; NOW, <br />THER EFOR E, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF PARIS, <br />That the Building Hazard Inspection Committee proceed to call a hearing, <br />notify the defendant and occupants of the property, and to report their <br />findings to the City Council, in accordance with Ordinance No. 1470 of the <br />City of Parisi Texas. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of October, A.
