To Woodrow Bray you are authorized and directed <br />to offer the sum of $50, 00 for any damage that might occur during the period <br />of construction or thereafter, to his tenancy. <br />SECTION 8. That upon acceptance of the offer, the City Director <br />of Finance is authorized and directed to pay the amounts set forth herein, <br />which shall be paid out of Sewer Improvement Fund, Account 860-C-10, <br />SECTION 9. That this resolution shall take effect from and after <br />its passage, as in the Charter in such cases is made and provided. <br />
