RES OLU TION 'VO. 1032 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted the 'Vational <br />Building Code for 1949, which provides for certa.in rnembers of the <br />Building Board of Appeals; and, <br />W HE REAS , tha term of C lyde Pa rham ha s expired; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is ne: essary to appoint a member of said Building <br />Board of Appeals, for a term of five (5) years, beginning December 10, <br />1962; and, <br />W HE ftEAS , the Ma yar of the 'Jity of Paris, Texas,W, A. Cawthon, <br />has appointed Edmond Castleberry to serve on said Building Board of <br />Appea.ls for a term of five (5) years, beginning December 10, 1962; NON, <br />THEREFO.RE, <br />BE IT RES OL VED B Y THE C ITY C OUNC TL OF THE C ITY OF <br />PARI,S, That the appointment of Edmond Castleberry to the Buildino <br />Board of Appeals, for a terxn of five (5) years, beginning December 10, <br />1962 and expiring December 10, 1967, ma.de by W. A. Cawthon, Mayor <br />of the City of Paris, be, and the same is hereby approved. <br />Passed and adopted this lOth day of Decexnber, A.
