R.ESOLUTION NO. 1028 WHEREAS, the City Council did, by R.esolution dated January 11, 1962, being Resolution No. 989, authorize the City Manager of the City of Paris to enter into a contract or deal with the Paris Industrial Foundation to place sewer and water lines on and across the Industrial Founda±ion pro- perty; and, WHEREAS, the City, in said resolution, agreed to do the labor, and the Industrial Foundation to furnish the materia.ls and fittings, to be paid for by the Industrial Foundation, and the City of Paris to rzimburse the Zndustrial Foundation for une-half of the cost of said materials and fittings; and, WHERE.A5, one-half of the cost of materials and fittings is $5, 829. 16, and same wwas to be paid out of the 1962-19j3 Budget of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFOR.E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C TTY C OUNC IL OF THE C ITY OF PARE, That the C ity C le rk, H. G. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Paris Industrial Foundation one-half of the cost of such materials, in the amount of $6, 829. 16, out of the Water & Sewer Building Fund.
