1011 RES CERTAIN BUDGET ITEMS HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN 1961-62 BUDGET

RESOLUTION NO. 1011 WHEREAS, certain budget iterns have been over expended in the 1961-62 budget adopted by the City Council of the City of Pa.ris, which budget items are Budget Item No. 30I-A-4, in the amount of $500.00; Bu dget Item No. 404-Z-4, in the amount of $3, 995. 04; Budget Item No. 408-C-8, in the amount of $3, 000.00; and Budget Item No. 408-E-5, in the amount of $1, 726. 55, making a total exces s of $9, 221, 55, and the Continge nt Fu nd ba la.nce of the City of Pa.ris as of June 18, 1962 is in the amount of $9, 221. 55; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR15, TEXAS, That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent Fund, as shown in said budget, the sum of $9, 2210 55, and to credit to Budget Item No. 301-A-4, the sum of $500. 00; to credit to Budget Item No. 404- Z-4, the sum of $3, 995, OU; to c redit to Budget Item No. 408 -C-8, the sum of $3, 000. 00; and to credit to Budget Item No. 408-E-5, the sum of $1, 726. 55.
