RESOLUTION NO. 1003 , <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council of <br />the City of Paria tha,t certa.in property belonging to Ward Cox, located at <br />the intersection of the E. B. Line of 17th Street, S. E. and the S. B. Line <br />of Cleveland Street, has been heretofore partially zoned for commercial <br />purposes in such a manner as to place a portion of the West 65 feet of <br />Lots 1 and 2, in Block 4 of the Anita Pa,rk Addition, in commercial zoning <br />and the North portion of said lots in residential zoning, in such a manner <br />that the property cannot well be used for residential or commercial zoning <br />under its present residential and commercial zoning status; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that the remaining <br />portions of Lots 1 and 2, in Block 4 of the Anita, Park Addition, belonging <br />to Ward Cox, shauld be zoned to the South Boundary Line of Cleveland <br />Street and the East Bounda.ry Line of 17th Street, S. E, , for commercial <br />purposes; NOW, THEREFORE,, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-LEGITY OF PARIS, <br />That said area is hereby referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />for the purpose of its considering an amendznent to Zoning Ordinance No. <br />1122, changing eaid property from a residential cla.ssifica.tion to a commer- <br />cial classification. <br />Pa.ssed and adopted this 9th day of April, A.
