Southwest corner of 42na SE and Lamar is the platted and fully developed Mornin~s~d~'Iq'orth <br />Commercial addition which is zoned Commercial and should remain so, and not Planned <br />Development as shown on map. <br /> <br />NW Area Map: <br /> <br />1. The future of 19~h NW is Commercial or light industrial not residential as now marked. <br /> <br />2. The future of the inside of the NW Loop north of Graham street is more likely Commercial or <br />light.industrial rather than residential as now marked. <br /> <br />SW Area Map <br />Office district classification for south side of Elm street west of 4th SW should be some type of <br />industrial. <br /> <br />SE Area Map: <br />1. Area along north side of Jefferson Road west of fire station and east of 12th SE should be <br />zoned planned development or long term development. Its futura is unclear but single family <br />housing over the whole 100 acres is not it; it will probably be a mixed use with light commercial <br />uses such as office/warehouse facing Jefferson Road south of the drainage ditch and single <br />family or two family north of the ditch. <br /> <br />2. If the park area marked on the south side of US 271 southeast of the Loop is supposed to be <br />Woodall Field, it is wrong and currently appears to be include parts of the Wally Kraft land <br />which is commercial or the Cobb Ranch land which is probably residential. <br /> 3. Don't understand Institutional zoning in vicinity of 6th SE and Austin where McClanahan and <br /> Holmes, Marshall Dougherty clinic, and vacant lot belong to Mrs. Ethel Abbott are so <br /> designated. <br /> <br /> 4.
