RESOLUTION NO. 978 . <br />WHEREAS, the Gity Manager of the City_ of Paris, H. C. Kennemer, <br />and the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, have called to the attention of the City <br />Council that they have recently retired all of the 1936 Series Refunding <br />Bonds, and that there is a balance remaining on hand in said 1936 Series <br />Refunciirig Bonds Sinking Fund Account, and that there is no further ne- <br />cessity of retaining said money in said account, because the bonds ha.ve <br />all been retired and completPly paid off; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City of Paris that said <br />money be placed in the Current Fund of the City of Paris and made <br />available for expenditure for necessities in carrying on the work of the <br />City of Paris; that the amount of money in said Sinking Fund is <br />$5, 683. 74; NOWs THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Manager, H. G. Kennemer, and the r`ity Clerk, <br />H. C. Greene, be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to trans- <br />fer the sum of $5, 683.74 from the Sinking Fund of the 1936 Series <br />Refunding Bonds to the Current Fund, to be thereafter disbursed from <br />the Current Fund. Passed and adopted this l lth day of September, A.
