RESOLUTION NO, 971 . <br />WHEREAS, certain budget items have been over expended in the <br />1960-61 Budget adopted by the City Gouncil of the City of Paris, which <br />items are Budget Item No. 301-Z-4, Budget Item No. 406-D-7, and <br />Budget Item No. 408-E-5; and, <br />WHEREAS, there is now unexpended in the Contingent Fund the sum <br />of $10, 805. 00; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RE50LVED BY THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That the Gity Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent Fund, <br />as shown in said Budget, the sum of $2, 405. 00 and to credit to Budget <br />Account No. 301-Z-4 of said Budget, and to transfer from said Contingent <br />Fund the sum of $4, 400. 00 and to credit the sarhe to Budget Account No. <br />406-D-7 of said Budget, and to transfer from the Gontingent Fund the sum <br />of $4, 000. 00 and to credit the same to Budget Account No. 408-E-5. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of June, A.
