RESOLUTION NO. 967 <br />WHEREAS, the Honorable Don McLaughlin has resigned as Chairman <br />of the Executive Committee of the City-County Givil Defense and Disaster <br />Gommission; and there is now a vacancy of such chairmanship; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council of the City <br />of Paris that C. L. Marshall be appointed to serve as Chairman of the <br />Executive Committee of the City-County Civil Defense and Disaster <br />Commission, for a term of two (2) years; NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That C. L. Marshall be, and he is hereby appointed to serve as Chairman <br />of the Executive Committee of the City-Gounty Civil Defense and Disaster <br />Gommission, for a term of two (2) years from this date, beginning June 12, <br />1961 and continuing for two years from said date, or until his successor is <br />appointed and qualified. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of i'aris, in regular <br />session convened, on this the 12th day of June, A.
