963 RES CHARTER OF COP PROVIDES TO SELECT CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT

RESOLUTION NO. 963 WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Paris provides that the City of Paris shall select a certified public accountant to make an annual audit of the books of the City of Paris for the year ending June 30, 1961, at a time not sooner than sixty days prior to June 30th each year nor less than thirty days; and, WHEREAS, no appointment has been made for such certified public accountant; and, WHEREAS, F. I. McClanahan, a certified public accountant in the City of Paris, has made application therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR?,S, That F. I. McClanahan, a certified public accounta,nt, is hereby appointed and is authorized to make the annual audit of the City of Paris for the year ending June 30, 1961, as provided by the Charter of the City of Paris.
