• 0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 919 . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain budget items have been over expended in the <br />1959-60 budget adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, whi.ch <br />items are Budget Item No. 103-A-4, in the amount of $896. 00; Budget <br />Item No. 302-E-4, in the amount of $3, 626. 00; Budget Item No. <br />401-A..3, in the amount of $750.00; Budget xtem No. 406-A-1, in the <br />amount of $2, 850.00; and Budget Item No, 406-D-7, in the amount oi: <br />$1, 500. 00; making a tota.l excess of $9, 622. 00; NOW, THEREFCREO <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That the Acting City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, axrl he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to transf er from the Contingent Fund, <br />as shown in said budge4 the sum of $9, 622.00, and to credit to 103-A..4, <br />$896.00; to 302-E-4, $3, 626.00; to 401-A-3, $750.00; to 406-A-1, <br />$2, 850.00; and to 406-D-7, $1, 500.00. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of May, A.
