W. to lOth Streein order,tolong <br />Center Street, has already been laidg and it is now necessaryp provide service to the manufacturing plant of the Mansfield Tire and Rubber Street, Companyt to continue said o=ieinaloprograe~ t eated aswa contractual iteacN•andp <br />and which area was in the 9 <br />WHEREAS9 it is necessary end expeditious that the line be laid inme- <br />diately and as quickly as possible; and, <br />yVHEF3EAS, the Forces of the City of Paris have the necessary equipment and labor with which to lay said eighteen inch (18") water line; NOW, TEEREFORE9 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the City <br />Manager is hereby instructedg authorizedp and directed to comple~etuselofing <br />of said line, from lOth Streett N.
