0 • <br />RESCLUTICDI N0. 834 <br />6yHEREASp the City of Paris is in dire need of an additiona2, motor <br />grader because of the worn out condition of one of its two motar graders; and, <br />WHEREaS, the City Engineer and City r:tanager have asked the vity Council <br />fcr permissicn to purchase a motor grader; and, <br />4'dHE4EAS, the PP.ayor Fro Tem of the City of Paris has heretofore appcinted <br />a committee to investigate the necessity of such motor grader, and said <br />committee has recommended that the same be purchased and that same be done in <br />accordance with the plans and specil'icaticns furnished by the City Enyineer; <br />NOV'!, TriEREFOP,E, <br />BE IT RESCLVEB BY THE CITY CCUNCIL CF THE CITY CF PARIS, That the City <br />Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a motor <br />grader ior the City of Paris, using the present worn out motor grader as a <br />trade in down payment and to finance the balance of the purchase price on a <br />conditional sales contract on such terms as may be conver.iently arranged. <br />Fassed and adopted this 17th day of Nove:aber, H.
