<br />four (4) members cf the City Ccuncil of ths City of Faris to serve tor the en-

<br />and ordinances of the City or Paris, such election was conducted and held at
<br />four (4) specified and designated pclling places, that is, one polling place in
<br />each of the four (4) wards of said City; and,
