! 0 <br />RESOLUTION NU. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, on <br />the 30th day of July, A. D., 19572 did pass Ordinance No. <br />1409, styled Zoning Ordinance; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris is endeavoring to bring <br />in and under said Zoning Ordinance certain areas within the <br />City of Paris, and to eliminate certain nonconforming areas <br />by placing them in classifications under said Zoning <br />Ordinance to which they are applicable; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City CounciZ is of the opinion that the <br />following described areas, and the classifications therefor, <br />should have their classifications changed, said areas being <br />as follows: <br />TRACT N0. l: A lot belonging <br />and A. M. Haraway, located at <br />the W. B. Line of $th Street, <br />Boundary Line of Fort Street, <br />immediately East of property <br />Funeral Home. <br />to E. T. Boyle, Jr. <br />the intersection of <br />S. E. and the North ° <br />and lying and being owned by Fry & Gibbs <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the question of changing the above area from <br />that of a Residential District to an 'tE'T Community Store <br />District, in compliance with and under Zoning Ordinance P1o. <br />140q be, and the same is hereby referred to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission. <br />TRACT N0. 2: Beginning at the intersection of the <br />N. B. Line of West Campbell Street and the West <br />Boundary Line of 19th Street, N. W., in the City <br />of Paris, and extending North approximately 1630 <br />feet to a concrete marker, styled 1200 Block, and <br />19th Street, N. W.; <br />Thence West 200 feet to the edge of the City <br />Limit Zine; <br />Thence North to the South Boundary Line of <br />West Campbell Street, following the West Boundary <br />Line of the City of Paris in said area for <br />approximately 1630 feet; <br />Thence West with the North Boundary Line of <br />West Campbell Street approximately 200 feet to <br />the place of beginning. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the question of changing <br />the above area from that of a Residential District to an "H'r <br />Commercial District, in compliance with and under Zoning <br />Ordinance P1o. 1409,be, and the same is hereby referred to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />TRACT N0. 3: Being composed of 61.6 feet owned by <br />Earl Wilson, on the South Side of U. S. Highway <br />$2, or Lamar Avenue; one tract belonging to J. H. <br />Griffin, fronting 71.4 feet on said Lamar Avenue; <br />one tract belonging to Covy Williams, fronting 120 <br />feet on said Lamar Avenue; and one tract belonging <br />to Charles OtBrien, fronting 120 feet on said <br />Lamar Avenue. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the quEtio n of changing <br />the above areas from that of a Residential District to an <br />nEtt Community Store District, in compliance wi.th and under <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 1409, be, and the same is hereby <br />referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />
