E.; and, <br />VJHEREAS, said 'aids were to be received at 5:15 P. M. on tne 6th day <br />of January, A. n., 1958, at the Council Aoom, in the City Hall, of the City <br />of Paris; and; <br />WHEREAS, said bids were received arnd tabulated and referred to the <br />proper committea to determine the lowest and best bid; and, <br />PJHERE/aS, the recommendaticn of the corrmittee is that the bid of Joe <br />Hatcher, in the amount of $2,171.55, is the lotivest and best bid, and has <br />recommended that the same be accepted as the lewest and best bid; NO'N, <br />TEirREFO ° E , <br />EE IT ftESO LVED BY THE CITY CS.`UNCIL OF THE CITY QF PARIS, That the <br />bid of Joe Hatcher, in the amount of $2,171.5b, be, and the same is hereby <br />cleclared the lowest and best bid, and that said contract, in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications, be entered into by the City Manager, ior <br />and on behalf of the City of Paris, and Joe Hatcher, upon the said Joe <br />Hatcher complying with the plans and specifications in regard to a per- <br />forr.tance bond guarantyinc° the comnletion of said project, and tne Public <br />Works Department of the City of PGris is directed to furnish the Council <br />the amount per front foot to be assessed against the various property <br />owners abutting upon said 24th Street, S. i. <br />Passed and adopted this 6th day of January, A.
